Log store admin login attempts

Available since 10.16.0

When enabled, every login attempt to the store admin is recorded, whether successful or not. Note that if too many unsuccessful logins are made, the user (or bot) is locked out for a period of time. You should recognize the logins, both successful and not. Note the IP address is recorded and this should match your IP address.
